Acceptance

By using content-brookcore.click or commissioning work from BrookCore Content Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Pages on this site describe informational rates and packages for product page heat-map insight reporting and related reviews. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or statement of work.

Intellectual property

Report PDFs, annotated overlays, and written recommendations remain licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. BrookCore Content Ltd retains copyright in methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell our reports as a standalone product.

Client materials

You grant us a limited licence to use URLs, analytics exports, and brand assets you supply solely to deliver the agreed report. You confirm you have the right to share that material.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrookCore Content Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our reports. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; active engagements remain governed by their signed documents unless amended in writing.
